- All payments to be made in the name of “Great Rocksport Pvt. Ltd.”.
- Additional 18% GST extra.
- Pictures Clicked during the program can be used for promotional purposes of Great Rocksport PVT. LTD.
- Govt. Identity proof is required at the time of check in (Driving Licence, Student ID card, Passport, Adhaar Card).
- If any of the activities are not operated due to bad weather, technical reasons or any other safety reasons, they will not besubstituted or compensated.
- It is mandatory to fill the indemnity form for every individual.
- Rocksport is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the guest, outsider or third party.
- All images used in all the communication are for descriptive and representation purposes only.
- If the participants arrive late due to any reason, whatsoever, they are subjected to miss a few activities or meals as per the itinerary.
- No outside Food and Drinks are allowed in the campsite.
Any damage to the assets of the company by the participants during a program will be borne by the guest.

Please note the following:
- Refunds will be made via Cheque / Bank transfer ( not cash ) within 30 days.
- Please write to your point of contact at Rocksport stating the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requested before 5 days of departure will be refunded fully while those that are requested in less than 5 days of departure will be refunded after a deduction of INR 1500/- only
